Frangelico Sour

Units Scale
  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce Frangelico
  • 0.75 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 0.75 ounces simple syrup
  • dash of Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • lemon wheel, for garnish


  1. Dry shake bourbon, Frangelico, lemon juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters. (Dry shake means to shake without ice)
  2. Add ice, and shake to chill.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass.
  4. Dot with bitters. (optional)
  5. Garnish with lemon wheel.
