- 1.5 oz. coconut rum (Malibu works)
- 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz. simple syrup
- ginger ale
- ginger, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine coconut rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice in shaker
- Shake well
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
- Top off with ginger ale
- Garnish
