Sesame Sauteed Radishes

Units Scale

1 cup radishes, sliced or quartered

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

sesame seeds




  1. slice or quarter radishes
  2. melt butter over medium heat
  3. add sesame oil and allow to heat for about 30 seconds
  4. add radishes; mix to coat with butter/sesame oil
  5. allow radishes to brown, then turn to brown other sides (2-3 minutes)
  6. salt and pepper to taste
  7. plate and garnish with sesame seeds
