Frangelico Cream Coffee

Units Scale

1.5 Frangelico

0.5 ounces vodka

1.5 ounces heavy cream

1 tablespoon sugar

vanilla and/or almond extract

fresh brewed coffee


Heat glass with hot water.

Shake heavy cream, sugar, and extracts in a shaker with coil from Hawthorne strainer (~2 minutes; you want thick but pourable).

Mix coffee, Frangelico, and vodka in warmed glass.

Gently pour the cream on top to form a thick head.
