CHERRY INFUSED RUM
- 2 oz rum
- 8–10 pitted cherries
COCKTAIL
- 2 oz cherry-infused rum
- 1 tablespoon limeade
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- club soda
- sugar for the rim
- 2 cherries for garnish
Instructions
CHERRY INFUSED RUM
- muddle rum the cherries in a jar
- strain off after 3+ hours
COCKTAIL
- dip rim of glass in the cherry rum; rim with sugar
- add rum, limeade, and sugar to a glass; stir well
- add ice to the glass
- top with club soda
- float a couple cherries
