Golden Kiwi Martini

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 golden kiwi, skinned
  • 0.75 oz. Lime juice
  • 3 oz. vodka
  • 2.75 oz. Sweet & Sour mix
  • kiwi slice for garnish

Instructions

  1. muddle skinned kiwi with lime juice
  2. add vodka and sweet & sour mix
  3. add ice and shake well
  4. pour into chilled martini glass
  5. garnish with kiwi slice
