2 cups Bisquick mix (plus about 1/2 cup for surface)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7-Up
1/4 cup butter
Heat oven to 450°F.
Put butter in a 9×9 baking dish; place in oven to melt while making dough.
Cut together Bisquick and sour cream.
Add 7-Up to form a very very soft dough.
Sprinkle some of the extra Bisquick on your work surface and form dough into a square (roughly 9″).
Using a biscuit cutter, cut into 9 biscuits and place in the pan.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Optional: brush tops of biscuits with melted butter.
