She’s Making Artichoke Dip, Yo!

  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
  • pickled jalapeños, to taste (optional)
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced (optional)


  1. Drain artichoke hearts
  2. Divide artichoke hearts; set half aside, and the other half in a mixing bowl
  3. Mince garlic and jalapeños; add to mixing bowl with artichoke hearts
  4. Add cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parmesean cheese
  5. Mix with hand blender until well combined
  6. Coarsely chop the remaining artichoke hearts and fold into mixture
  7. (optional) Transfer to an oven-safe dish and broil until top if brown and bubbly
  8. Serve with crackers or pork rinds
