Coco-Lime Fizz

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.5 oz. coconut rum (Malibu works)
  • 0.5 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • ginger ale
  • ginger, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice in shaker
  2. Shake well
  3. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
  4. Top off with ginger ale
  5. Garnish
